The story behind this product
Crafted from one piece of steam-bent oak wood the Noctis Wheal has a subtle curve in the stem which helps to position the light at the right height for illuminating specific spaces.
The dramatic deep black finish on the Noctis table lamp is created through the natural process of ebonising wood which produces a dark colour pigment without the need for stains or chemicals.
Matched against a solid brass base, the Wheal table lamp has been re-invented against a noir palette.

Timber is sustainably sourced with all wooden components being made from FSC certified timber. Steam bending is used as the main form of production - a low energy method that produces little waste product.
