We know that buying new furniture is an investment. That's why we've teamed up with V12 Retail Finance to help you spread the cost of your purchase at no additional cost to you. To apply, simply select the Interest Free Credit option on the payment screen when you check out.
V12 Retail Finance allows you to spread the cost of your purchase over 12 months on any order over £1,000 with Interest Free Credit 0% APR, or spread the cost further with Classic Credit over 36 months at 9.9% APR Representative.
The example below is based on a purchase using Heal's V12 Finance.

Payment and Term
At the final stage of checkout on the website you can select Interest Free Credit as your payment method. Before you place your order, you will be shown what your monthly repayments (based on 0% APR over 12 months) will be based on your order value.
On placing your order you will then be redirected to the V12 Retail Finance website where you will be able to submit your application.
Please note: Heal’s do not require the payment of a deposit but you can choose, on the V12 website, to pay one up to 50% of the order value if you would prefer to make lower monthly repayments.
How long does it take to apply?
The application on the V12 site should take no more than five minutes. In most cases they will provide an instant answer as to whether your application for finance has been successful.
In some cases, V12 may require more information before making their decision. Any contact relating to the loan will be direct between you and V12.
Assuming your application is successful, Heal’s will receive notification and will complete your order process straight away.
If your application is unsuccessful Heal’s will simply cancel the order. Should you still wish to proceed with your order you can, of course, do so using normal payment methods.
What if I change my mind?
30 days right to reject: Under the Consumer Rights Act you have a legal right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose or not as described, and get a full refund - as long as you do this quickly. This right is limited to 30 days from the date you receive your product.
FOS: If you are dissatisfied with our response and your agreement is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, you have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service, free of charge, but you must do so within six months of the date of the final response or 8 week holding letter. To be eligible to apply for finance you must be 18 or older, be either in regular employment or a homeowner and to have been a UK resident for more than 3 years. Other terms and conditions may apply and we cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted. Your order will not be processed until the application has been completed and approved. Should you cancel your credit agreement and have already received products from us, then you will be liable to pay us in full for the product (unless your cancellation rights apply). Your loan payments will start only from the point when your order has been fully shipped to you.

Who can apply?
Finance is available on orders of £1,000 or more placed on the Heal’s website. The total amount of your order will include any additional services and delivery options selected.
To successfully apply for 0% APR Interest Free credit, you'll need to be:
- 18 years or older
- A permanent UK resident for 3 years or more
- Able to make regular repayments via Direct Debit
- Be either a homeowner or in regular employment, or in a permanent residence with a spouse/partner who is in regular employment*
- Have a debit card or credit card in your name and registered to your address as well as a bank or building society current account
- Other conditions may apply and we cannot guarantee that your application will be accepted
* If you are retired and receive a pension, or are registered disabled and unable to work, V12 Retail Finance may ask for proof of sufficient income.
What if my finance application is unsuccessful?
Applications may not be accepted for a number of reasons, including incorrect information or failing to meet the specified requirements.
If your application is declined, it’s usually for one of the following reasons:
- You do not meet the eligibility criteria
- Adverse credit reference agency information
- You have a low credit score
- Your existing account performance with other lenders
- You are considered to be overcommitted financially
