Product Story
The Space LED Portable Table Lamp is a modern design by New York designer Adam Tihany. Inspired by the architecture of the famous Space Needle in Seattle, this gigantic tower that was designed and built for the 1962 World's Fair. The Space Needle has a viewing platform at the top, the shape of which is reminiscent of a UFO. The base of the cordless lamp is provided with fluted strips. The special shape of the foot tapers first on the way up, before it becomes wider again. The Space luminaire is finished off by a transparent lampshade which, like the Space Needle, shapes and dominates the entire design.
