The expression 'to lose your marbles' inspired Estelle Day's 'Lost Marbles' Painting. Created using oil paints on linen board, the painting represents those moments where things feel out of your control. Interestingly, Estelle began working on this still-life painting just before the UK entered lockdown and completed it whilst the pandemic was at its peak. As such, it has become a rather apt reflection of how she felt at the time.
