About the role
Job purpose
We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced senior sales person to step into there next role at our iconic Flagship store, on Tottenham Court Road.
As a Supervisor you are responsible in supporting the store management team, in planning and motivating staff to achieve standards in accordance with company guidelines. Taking the responsibility of running the department in absence of the Floor Manager. |

Key Accountabilities
· Drive an open and positive no blame safety culture
· Responsible for facilities, security and maintenance of the site including grounds, buildings and fixed assets
· To analyse non-conformance and introduce corrective actions
· Provide a responsive & professional service to internal and external stakeholders
· Review, Implement and improve operational processes across the operation
· Regularly monitor and ensure high levels of team engagement and morale
· Guide, mentor and develop the operations team so that they reach their full potential
· Ensure team performance is managed by regular review
· Act as key holder for designated site(s) as required
· To undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required for the effective management of the operation
Key Measurables
The key performance indicators that will be used to measure the effectiveness of delivery
1. Safeguard all employees and ensure workplace accidents and incidents are reduced, controlled and effectively investigated
2. Maintain and where possible improve warehouse productivity by way of reducing despatch errors and damages, improving use of available space and motivation of team.
3. Ensure stock accuracy is sustained and where possible improved
4. Improve our customers experience by focusing on manufactured product quality and by reducing ordered product delivery times to our end customers
5. Review and reduce all operational costs.
6. Responsible for maintenance of good team morale and associated output
7. Improve Quality and productivity by continually improving process and procedures
What You'll Bring

- Minimum 1 years’ experience in a retail supervisory position
