Housengama was founded in Toki City, an area known for producing Mino ware ceramics. To ensure sustainability, in recent years, the company has focused on the clay used in their products. By mixing different colours of clay, they have developed techniques that highlight its unique texture and the naturally occurring patterns of dry riverbed stone and marble.
