About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our fantastic customer support department, based in our Head Office in Central London.
The key focus of the role is to support and help our customers resolve their queries. Due to the huge range of furniture and different products we sell, no two queries are the same so we can guarantee you will not be bored. We are passionate about providing our customers with brilliant service, so we are only interested in bringing in the very best people.
What You'll Bring
You must share our passion for providing outstanding customer service, be ridiculously happy and positive and have both excellent telephone and English written skills.
The role requires strong computer skills, excellent communication skills, ability to use initiative and previous administrative experience or customer service experience
This role will be hybrid and include working from home
