The story behind this product

Characterised by its thoughtful symmetry and simple slatted design, the exclusive Verona collection by Nathan Young offers a nostalgic nod to 1960s styling. The desk comes in a choice of beautifully grained solid and veneered oak or walnut, with two generous drawers in the side cabinet and a top drawer with split compartments for stationery and paperwork. Verona creates a grand focal point in any home office, complementing both contemporary and traditional schemes. The rich wood tones and smooth feel will mean you never want to leave your desk.

Meet the designer

Nathan Yong

Starting his career in design as a buyer, product developer and independent retailer in Singapore, Nathan Yong developed his knowledge of furniture through his direct exposure to its production and craft. Having sold his business to study a Masters Degree in design, he has since won the prestigious Red Dot Concept Design Award two years running. Nathan Yong Design also works with some of the worlds most respected brands and publications including Ligne Roset, Monocle and Wallpaper.
