Product Story

A rug underlay protects your rug and adds comfort underfoot. It provides a non slip surface for your rug to be placed upon and will help stop the corners of your rug from rolling up. Comes in three standard sizes but can also be cut to size to fit your rug.

Care & Buying Guide

  • Floor Care Periodically lift the underlay and clean the floor underneath to prevent dust buildup and maintain a clean surface.

  • Vacuuming: To remove dust and debris, vacuum the underlay lightly when cleaning your floors or during rug maintenance. Avoid high-powered or brush roller settings to prevent damage.

  • Excessive Heat Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight or heat sources may cause the material to dry out or degrade over time, so try to keep the underlay out of such areas when possible.

  • Spot Cleaning: If spills occur, gently wipe the affected area with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals, as they may degrade the material over time. Ensure the underlay is completely dry before placing the rug back on top.

  • Once they've picked up your order from us we'll send you a tracking link by email.
  • They offer a one-hour slot and the opportunity to switch it if not convenient.

  • If your order's in stock, we'll pick and pack it within a day or so.
  • If it's on order, we'll inform you as soon as it arrives from our supplier.
  • Deliveries normally take 1-2 working days to reach you once they've left our warehouse.
  • Click and collect is also available in our stores on all parcel items.
