Care & Buying Guide

  • Never leave a candle unattended and keep out of reach of children and pets.

  • Leave at least 20cm between burning candles and keep the wick trimmed to 5mm.

  • Keep your candle out of the sun and never place near a heated surface.

  • Place your candle on a heat resistant surface and keep away from flammable objects.

  • When you burn your candles while stacked, we advise to remove the sticker.

  • We use DPD courier service for most of our orders.
  • Once they've picked up your order from us we'll send you a tracking link by email.
  • They offer a one-hour slot and the opportunity to switch it if not convenient.
  • £6 … but FREE for orders over £100.

What happens when I order?

  • If your order's in stock, we'll pick and pack it within a day or so.
  • If it's on order, we'll inform you as soon as it arrives from our supplier.
  • Deliveries normally take 1-2 working days to reach you once they've left our warehouse.
  • Click and collect is also available in our stores on all parcel items.
