Product descriptions detail the exact condition of each piece so there are no surprises. Anything with significant damage is either repaired before sale or excluded from the clearance offer.

Clearance items are generally non-returnable unless faulty, as they're already priced below standard retail and sold as described. Checking the product page and photographs carefully before ordering is essential. Our customer service team can answer specific condition questions before you commit.

Most clearance accessories ship in their original packaging, though some ex-display pieces arrive without the original box if it was discarded during shop-floor handling. Items are still carefully wrapped for safe delivery regardless. If you specifically need the original box, ask before ordering.
