Almost as good as new, Practically Perfect is a curation of designs with superficial imperfections, such as minor scratches and marks, or unoriginal and damaged packaging.
Every piece is still perfectly functional while featuring the style and quality you’d expect from a Heal’s product. The main difference is a significantly lower price.
It’s just part of Heal’s Cares, our commitment to sustainable and ethical design, enabling us to increase the lifespan of products with minor imperfections by ensuring they still go to good homes.
Practically Perfect pieces are usually one-offs, which means they’re sold almost as quickly as they appear, so shop them before they’re gone and keep your eyes peeled for more products to be added.
The Curation Process
Every piece that’s curated and created by Heal’s is meticulously checked by our expert team. On the rare occasion that an imperfection is identified, we assess it against the strict criteria below, ensuring our famously high standards are never compromised. We check:
- The imperfection hasn’t impacted the functionality of the piece, with all mechanisms in working order.
- The imperfection won’t stop the piece from being assembled as if new.
- The majority of the design is still perfect despite the minor imperfection.
Examples of imperfections include crushed velvet, light scratches, or small scuffs, marks, and chips. Clearance returns are only refundable, not replaceable.
