Join Our Store Team
The lifeblood of Heal's, our store team is at the very heart of the business. Whether it's the furniture, homewares or lighting department, our team work on the front line of design helping to deliver a unique retail experience seven days a week.
From our Design Consultants to our in-store Stylists, every one of store team receives expert training with plenty of opportunities for progression including visits to our international designers and manufacturers. All we ask is that you enjoy interacting with people and have a passion for design.

Design Submissions
Supporting great design has always been close to our hearts at Heal's. It was Ambrose Heal (1872-1959) who first introduced the idea of collaborating with established and up-and-coming designers, commissioning them and bringing their work to a wider audience.
Alongside our annual design competition Heal's Discovers, this tradition still exists today with our team always open to anyone with a good idea and a passion for innovative design. From design to manufacture, we nurture talent while also providing exposure to a huge market of furniture buyers and industry experts.
