The design process

1. Book your free consultation
Begin your design journey with a complimentary consultation. Contact our interior design experts at IDS@heals.co.uk or 0207 636 1666 to discuss your project and initial ideas and tiered service options.

2. Brief and brainstorm
Following your consultation, and depending on the service you opt for, you will be paired with a dedicated designer. They will help shape your brief and budget before an inspiration session to explore ideas and possibilities.

3. Bringing your design to life
Your designer will translate agreed ideas into a beautifully curated concept and prepare a tailored shopping list, moodboards and floorplans to help you visualise your new furniture in your home. Site visits are currently available within London.

4. The final touch
Once your design is signed off, simply relax while we take care of the rest. Delivery, installation and aftercare come as standard.
