About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our store in Bath on a full-time basis.
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in delivering the company's strategy, driving sales performance, motivating the team and ensuring the store team provides excellent customer service. You will help create an inviting atmosphere for our customers and bring the Heal's brand to life.
