Most clearance accessories are new but may have been used on the shop floor for display, occasionally showing light handling marks. Product descriptions detail the exact condition of each piece so there are no surprises. Anything with significant damage is either repaired before sale or excluded from the clearance offer.

Clearance items are generally non-returnable unless faulty, as they're already priced below standard retail and sold as described. Checking the product page and photographs carefully before ordering is essential. Our customer service team can answer specific condition questions before you commit.

Clearance accessories refresh regularly as new ex-display pieces rotate through stores and cancelled orders come into the system. Checking back every two to three weeks typically surfaces new options. Signing up for the newsletter brings the biggest clearance events to your inbox early.

Most clearance accessories ship in their original packaging, though some ex-display pieces arrive without the original box if it was discarded during shop-floor handling. Items are still carefully wrapped for safe delivery regardless. If you specifically need the original box, ask before ordering.

The cushions were originally designed for the VitraHaus in Weil am Rhein. When the Vitra team saw how much everyone loved them, they decided to add them to their collection.
