Growing up in Staffordshire, the heart of Britain’s pottery industry, it was a natural choice for her to use clay as the medium of her artistic sculptures. Do not wash with water, dust only. It is recommended to display the vase as a sculpture on its own or to display dry flowers in it. It will hold water, however stoneware is not 100% water tight and a small amount of condensation may be left underneath. Do not place on surfaces that might be stained by water.
