    An icon of mid-century modern design, the Saarinen Side Table by Knoll combines sculptural elegance with the natural beauty of marble. Designed by Eero Saarinen in 1957, its distinctive black pedestal base creates a graceful, uninterrupted silhouette, beautifully complemented by the rich green tones and unique veining of the Verde Alpi marble top. Perfect beside a sofa or armchair, this round marble side table offers an elegant surface for books, lighting and decorative objects. A timeless statement piece that brings depth, character and sophistication to contemporary living spaces.

    • Designed by Eero Saarinen in 1957 for Knoll, the iconic Pedestal Collection was created to eliminate the visual clutter of traditional table legs.
    • A sculptural cast-aluminium pedestal base with a black, corrosion-resistant Rilsan finish creates an elegant contrast with the marble tabletop.
    • A luxurious Verde Alpi marble top features rich green tones and distinctive natural veining, making each table beautifully unique.

    Knoll carefully selects premium natural marble for its distinctive colour and veining, with each tabletop individually cut and finished by skilled craftspeople. A protective polyester coating creates a durable, non-porous surface while preserving the stone's natural beauty. As marble is a natural material, variations in colour and pattern make every table unique.

    • For everyday cleaning, gently dust your furniture with a soft, dry cloth. If further cleaning is needed, use a soft, slightly damp, well-wrung cloth and dry the surface immediately afterwards.
    • Avoid abrasive cleaning products or equipment, harsh chemicals and excessive moisture, as these may damage the furniture's finish. Wipe up any spills promptly and avoid leaving liquids on surfaces.

    Heal’s uses our own specialist two-man crews, who will deliver to a room of your choice. They will fully assemble your furniture, check their work and the remove all packaging, which will be disposed of responsibly.

    We offer hassle-free returns and all online furniture orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery, regardless of reason. 

    Contact us and we will arrange for a crew to come out and collect the furniture. There's no charge if it's faulty, but we do charge for change-of-mind returns.
