At Heal’s, we’re continuously working to do better, how we source, how we make, and how we think about materials. From tree to timber
Wood remains one of design’s most enduring materials - warm, adaptable and rooted in craftsmanship. FSC-certified walnut and oak, used in select pieces, alongside solid timber construction, reflect a commitment to responsible sourcing and enduring quality, where traditional joinery meets lasting design.
With its rich grain variation and natural patina over time, timber is never static. It evolves through use, gaining character while retaining strength - a living material shaped by nature and design intent.

From fibre to fabric
Textiles bring softness, tactility and comfort into everyday living, but behind every surface is a material story. Natural fibres including 100% linen, wool and cotton sit alongside responsibly sourced feather-filled cushions, designed for lasting comfort and resilience.
Each material is chosen for both performance and feel - breathable linen that softens over time, wool that naturally regulates temperature and cotton that balances durability with ease - creating interiors that feel considered, honest and lived-in.
