    The flicker pattern is engineered to match real flame movement, and the light temperature is calibrated to the warm 1800-2200K range that a beeswax or paraffin candle produces. At a distance of more than a metre, the effect is visually indistinguishable from a real candle.

    Yes, every candle in the range carries a built-in lithium battery with a USB-C charging base, delivering around 10 hours of light per charge. The bases are sold separately in multi-candle configurations, which makes charging a large dining-table arrangement practical.

    They suit places where real flame is impractical, rented accommodation, children's bedrooms, restaurant tables, outdoor garden tables in windy conditions, and long-duration dinner parties. The larger pillar sizes also work well as ambient light in reading corners.

    There is no flame, wax or heat, which removes the primary safety concerns of real candles. The plastic casing is rated for household use, and the battery compartments are sealed, no loose components for small hands to access.
