    A super king size bed frame is designed for a 180cm by 200cm mattress, which is 30cm wider than a standard UK king and 45cm wider than a double. Allow at least 60cm of walking space on each side of the frame. Frame dimensions vary slightly depending on design, so check before ordering.

    Super king beds work best in bedrooms of at least 3.6m by 3.6m, which allows comfortable access to both sides and space for bedside tables. In smaller rooms, a super king can feel overwhelming and limit storage options. Measure the room carefully before committing to the larger size.
