    Muted, earth-toned glazes; restrained silhouettes; slightly irregular hand-finished edges; stoneware rather than fine porcelain as the dominant body. The pieces feel more weighted and tactile than their formal European counterparts and are designed to be used daily rather than reserved for occasions.
