    A well-edited everyday set covers a 27cm dinner plate, a 22cm side plate and a shallow pasta bowl. Adding a charger plate beneath the dinner plate for special occasions gives the setting instant ceremony, while small 15cm plates handle bread, starters and cake duties through the week.
