Order Online, Collect In Store For Free
Tired of waiting for the postman to knock? Our Click & Collect service lets you pick up your order in-store at a time that suits you. Easy to use and absolutely free of charge, this service is valid for all parcel orders placed online. For items in-stock in our warehouse it normally takes 7 working days but it can be quicker if the item is already in store.
How does it work?
Order any in-stock item and we’ll deliver it to your chosen Heal’s store for you to collect.
Items are available for collection seven days a week within our normal store opening times.
We will send you an email once the item has arrived at store. Please wait until you receive this before coming to pick up as some items may take more time than others.
Which items qualify for Click & Collect?
Click & Collect applies to items that are easily transported. You can see on the product page in the delivery and returns section whether a product is eligible.
Should you wish to collect specialist or furniture items from one of our stores it may be possible in some circumstances but you will need to arrange directly by calling on 03332121915.
When can I pick up my order?
We will send you an email once your order has arrived in-store and is ready for collection.
Please do not come in to pick up your order until you have received this email as it may still be being prepared.
Where do I collect my order?
When placing your order, you will be given the option of which store you would like to collect the item.
All Click & Collect locations are clearly labelled in-store, however, if you have any trouble just ask one of our friendly design consultants.
Who can collect my order?
To prevent fraud, we request that you collect your order in person.
Please make sure that you bring details of your purchase, preferably your order confirmation email, along with valid ID (such as your payment card).
What if I forget to collect?
All Click & Collect orders will be held at your selected Heal’s store for up to 10 days.
Orders not collected within this time will be returned to our warehouse and your order will be refunded. Contact the store holding your order to arrange a later collection it needed. They will be happy to help.
