• Avoid pulling, sliding, or dragging objects across the surface, as abrasive friction can cause scratches.
• Coasters and trivets are advised to minimise exposure to heat. Do not put cookware or other high heat objects directly onto the surface.
• Use a damp, soft cloth to wipe surface.
• Do not use scouring pads, acidic detergents, or abrasive cleaning products, which may permanently scratch, stain, or damage the surface.
• Marble is porous, and will absorb stains from acidic liquids such as vinegar, wine, fruit juices, coffee and tea. Clean spills immediately with a soft damp cloth and neutral soap.
• Treatment of GUBI’s marble tops should be performed by a professional, or at the customer's own risk.
• Prolonged exposure to sunlight will cause fading over time, and discolouration can occur when objects placed on the surface are left in the same place for long periods.
• Excessive weight or impact can crack marble, as well as extended exposure to moisture.

To ensure that your purchase arrives safely, fragile items or smaller furniture pieces are delivered via our own specialist one-man teams. 

You'll be given a named day delivery then advised of the approximate time slot the day before. Many items are delivered assembled, so you only need to unpack them.

We offer hassle-free returns and all online specialist orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery, regardless of reason. 

Contact us and we will arrange for a crew to come out and collect the items. There's no charge if it's faulty, but we do charge for change-of-mind returns.
