    • Clean the product with a damp cloth and soap or neutral liquid detergents diluted with water.
    • Do not use ethyl alcohol or detergents that contain even small amounts of acetone, trichloroethylene or ammonia (or solvents in general).
    • Do not stand on the product or use the product as a ladder.

    To ensure that your purchase arrives safely, fragile items or smaller furniture pieces are delivered via our own specialist one-man teams. 

    You'll be given a named day delivery then advised of the approximate time slot the day before. Many items are delivered assembled, so you only need to unpack them.

    We offer hassle-free returns and all online specialist orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery, regardless of reason. 

    Contact us and we will arrange for a crew to come out and collect the items. There's no charge if it's faulty, but we do charge for change-of-mind returns.
