[ Product Story ]

With its simple tapered legs, sturdy frame and space-efficient, extending tabletop, the S-Table can seat up to ten in style.

Designed in 1953 by Marcel Gascoin, the S-Table is part of a unified collection that includes the B-Table, C-Chair and Trèfle Stool. With its simple tapered legs, sturdy frame and space-efficient rectangular tabletop - which extends up to a metre, adding an extra two place settings - the table can seat up to ten. The entire table, even the extending mechanism, is made from solid and veneered oak or walnut.

The table top splits in the centre and slides apart, creating space for up to two extension leaves.
The extension leaves can be stored in the compartment underneath the table top when not in use.

Acidic liquids such as vinegar, wine, fruit juices, coffee and tea can stain wood. Clean spills immediately with a soft, damp cloth and neutral soap.
Do not use scouring pads, acidic detergents, or abrasive cleaning products, which may permanently scratch, stain, or damage the surface.

Prolonged exposure to sunlight will cause fading over time, and discolouration can occur when objects placed on the surface are left in the same place for long periods.

Heal’s uses our own specialist two-man crews, who will deliver to a room of your choice. They will fully assemble your furniture, check their work and the remove all packaging, which will disposed of responsibly.

We offer hassle-free returns and all online furniture orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery, regardless of reason.

Contact us and we will arrange for a crew to come out and collect the furniture. There's no charge if it's faulty, but we do charge for change-of-mind returns.
