    The Pelagus outdoor dining range was created for sociability and comfort, with a sturdy teak and aluminium construction available in two elegant colourways.

    Custom-made for the Pelagus Table, the extension plate can be used in ones or twos to convert the table from a 6 or 8 seater to a 10 or 12. Made of eight teak slats that match the table, it slots simply into the centre of the aluminium frame, when the table top is slid open, enabling people to sit around the ends from all sides. Two extension plates can be stored on the frame underneath the table top when not in use.

    • Designed by Note Design Studio, a multi-disciplinary collective with a hollistic approach - always imagining the furniture in its architectural and spatial context.
    • Constructed using teak, a sturdy wood with a high natural oil content, perfect for resisting the outdoors.
    • Enforcing responsible design, the teak is acquired through FSC-certified sources from Central America, Brazil and Indonesia.

    • Cleaning: Wwipe off after use with a dry cloth, and use a suitable wood cleaner and a soft bristle brush for deeper cleans. Rinse afterwards with water and let dry for 24 hours.
    • Maintenance: Re-tighten screws once in a while. As the wood is untreated, the surface will patinate over time and eventually turn a beautiful silvery grey - if you wish to preserve or intensify the original honey-golden colour, use a suitable furniture oil on a regular basis.
    • Winter storage: The wood is resistant to everyday wind and weather with or without treatment due to the high content of natural oils. However, if possible, we recommend storing the furniture in an unheated room during the winter months.

    To ensure that your purchase arrives safely, fragile items or smaller furniture pieces are delivered via our own specialist one-man teams. 

    You'll be given a named day delivery then advised of the approximate time slot the day before. Many items are delivered assembled, so you only need to unpack them.

    We offer hassle-free returns and all online specialist orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery, regardless of reason. 

    Contact us and we will arrange for a crew to come out and collect the items. There's no charge if it's faulty, but we do charge for change-of-mind returns.
