• Please note: The palissade dining table arrives flat packed, allowing for straightforward delivery and assembly.
• All palissade products are handcrafted; minor variations or surface irregularities may be visible and are a natural part of the manufacturing process.
• Keep it looking it's best with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive cloth or brush. It is recommended to clean the product at least once per season. Avoid abrasive cloths, scouring pads or harsh chemicals, as these may damage the powder-coated surface.
• Remove leaves, standing water and dirt promptly to reduce the risk of surface marking or discolouration. Use coasters or protective mats under damp, hot or strongly coloured items to help prevent permanent stains.
• Retighten table screws after one to two months of use, and check periodically thereafter. During extended periods of non-use, store in a dry, sheltered location or use a breathable outdoor furniture cover.

Heal’s uses our own specialist two-man crews, who will deliver to a room of your choice. They will fully assemble your furniture, check their work and the remove all packaging, which will disposed of responsibly.

We offer hassle-free returns and all online furniture orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery, regardless of reason. 

Contact us and we will arrange for a crew to come out and collect the furniture. There's no charge if it's faulty, but we do charge for change-of-mind returns.
