    Crisp, buttery biscuits are lifted with the warming spice of stem and ground ginger in this Cartwright & Butler festive favourite. Lightly baked for a delicate, crumbly texture, the ginger brings aromatic warmth while the buttery base keeps the flavour beautifully balanced.

    • Made with both stem ginger and ground ginger.
