    The Mikado Side Chair High brings contemporary elegance and inviting comfort to elevated seating. Its softly sculpted silhouette and fully upholstered seat create a welcoming place to sit, while the flexible backrest responds naturally to movement. Ideal for kitchen islands, breakfast bars and taller counters, this contemporary bar chair combines refined proportions with everyday practicality. With its understated design and thoughtful functionality, Mikado offers a comfortable, considered approach to modern living.

    • Designed in 2024 by Edward Barber and Jay Oserby for Vitra, bringing contemporary elegance and thoughtful functionality to elavated seating.
    • A concealed mechanism allows the flexible backrest to recline gently, adapting to the sitter's movements for enhanced comfort.
    • A height-adjustable swivel base and integrated footrest provide comfortable, practical seating for kitchen islands and breakfast bars.
