The Metro La Due Table Lamp by Piovenefabi for valerie_objects takes its inspiration from the iconic handrails of the Milan metro. First presented as a floor lamp at the 2017 Chicago Architecture Biennial, the original design has since evolved into a playful lighting collection. For La Due, Piovenefabi deconstructs the original lamp into its essential geometric forms, reassembling them into a characterful table light with a sculptural, curving silhouette. Available in distinctive colours referencing the Milan metro, it brings playful architectural character to contemporary interiors.
