Designed by Falke Svatun for New Works, the sculptural Kantarell pendant reflects light from a concealed light source at its centre.

The idea for the Kantarell series originated from a study of directing light. With its trumpet-like shape acting as a funnel, Kantarell spreads the light from a nearly hidden light source at its centre. The strong silhouette of the lamp invites different mounting options—high or low —unfolding various aspects of the poetically flowing shape, from the vaulted underside to the soft dale of the top. With every viewpoint, the Kantarell Pendant Lamp makes a sculptural addition to a space.
