Each festive puzzle is printed and produced in our factory in Wiltshire using high-quality, sustainable 4mm wood. The puzzle is cut using precision laser cutting to ensure intricate pieces fit together perfectly.

We use DPD courier service for most of our orders. Once they've picked up your order from us, we'll send you a tracking link by email. They offer a one-hour slot and the opportunity to switch it if not convenient.
