• Avoid pulling, sliding, or dragging objects across the surface, as abrasive friction can cause scratches.
• Coasters and trivets are advised to minimise exposure to heat. Do not put cookware or other high heat objects directly onto the surface.
• Use a damp, soft cloth to wipe surface.
• Do not use scouring pads, acidic detergents, or abrasive cleaning products, which may permanently scratch, stain, or damage the surface.
• Travertine is porous, and will absorb stains from acidic liquids such as vinegar, wine, fruit juices, coffee and tea. Clean spills immediately with a soft damp cloth and neutral soap.
• Treatment of GUBI’s travertine tops should be performed by a professional, or at the customer's own risk.
• Prolonged exposure to sunlight will cause fading over time, and discolouration can occur when objects placed on the surface are left in the same place for long periods.
• Excessive weight or impact can crack travertine, as well as extended exposure to moisture.

Heal’s uses our own specialist two-man crews, who will deliver to a room of your choice. They will fully assemble your furniture, check their work and the remove all packaging, which will disposed of responsibly.

We offer hassle-free returns and all online furniture orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery, regardless of reason. 

Contact us and we will arrange for a crew to come out and collect the furniture. There's no charge if it's faulty, but we do charge for change-of-mind returns.
