Bedroom Furniture

Bedroom furniture should feel calm before it does anything else, and our bedroom collection gathers bedframes, headboards, wardrobes, chests of drawers and bedside tables unified by restrained silhouettes and considered materiality. Solid oak, walnut, fabric upholstery and lacquered finishes feature across designer-led and heritage ranges. Every piece is chosen for a bedroom that genuinely rests.

Matched bedroom suites can feel coordinated but often read as too uniform, while varying the finishes of similar-quality pieces usually reads more considered. Keeping one element consistent (timber tone, metal finish or silhouette style) provides coherence. Mixing wood and upholstery avoids a showroom effect.

A practical bedroom usually needs a combination of hanging space, drawer storage and bedside surfaces. A double wardrobe of around 120cm width suits most couples, supplemented by a chest of four to six drawers. Bedside drawers handle nightly essentials without the main pieces needing to be oversized.

Standard bedframes sit the mattress top around 55 to 60cm off the floor, which works for most adults for easy rising. Lower platform beds (40 to 50cm) feel more contemporary but can be harder on older knees. Match bed height to side table height for comfortable nightstand use.

All bedroom pieces are available individually, so you can build a scheme gradually rather than buying a full set at once. Ordering the bedframe first and adding storage later is a common approach. Finishes may vary slightly between batches, so ordering pieces you want to match together helps.
