About Heal’s

For over 200 years, Heal's has been at the forefront of exceptional furniture and home design. Founded in 1810 as a family of skilled bed-makers, we've played a defining role in shaping some of the world's most influential design movements—from the Arts and Crafts movement and Bauhaus Modernism to the iconic Scandinavian style.

Today, our passion for timeless, contemporary design remains as strong as ever. As the Home of Design since 1810, we continue to champion our founding values of Good Design, Well Made, and Honest Craftsmanship, curating beautifully designed furniture and home accessories that inspire and stand the test of time.

At Heal's, we're proud of our heritage, but we're equally excited about the future. We're looking for people who share our passion for quality, creativity, and delivering an exceptional customer experience to help shape the next chapter of our story.

About the role

We have an exciting new Concierge role for our Flagship store. This position is full time and requires the candidate to be fully flexible.

As Concierge, you will be the first and last impression of Heal's store. You are responsible for delivering a warm, professional and memorable welcome to every customer entering the store while bringing the Heal's brand, heritage and culture to life.

Acting as a host, guide and brand ambassador, you will ensure customers receive an exceptional experience throughout their visit, helping customers navigate the store, promoting activations and events, supporting the Trade and Interior Design Services teams, and creating meaningful customer connections.

You will play a key role in positioning Heal's Tottenham Court Road as a destination for design, whilst providing valuable customer insights and feedback to the Store Management team to support commercial decision-making, customer experience improvements and future business opportunities.
