Care & Buying Guide

  • Clean with a soft dry cloth only.

  • Always switch off the electricity before cleaning.

  • Do not use polishing agents, water or abrasive materials when cleaning.

  • Ensure the dimmer or dimmer system is compatible with Electronics transformers and LED chip on board (COB).

  • Dimmer switches and systems must dim down to 0 watts, some of our single lights are only 4.8 watts, if the dimmer only dims down to 10 watts for example it will not dim or may flicker.

  • We understand that our products work with both leading and trailing edge dimmer switches and systems. However, we have been advised that they are better with trailing edge.

  • Please note dimmer switches and systems that are not compliant to the above points may damage the transformers in our products or not dim the products properly.

  • Heal's LED ranges are certified to last 30-50,000 hours and most parts can be replaced easily by an electrician, or recycled at the end of their lifespan.
