  • All Palissade products are handcrafted; minor variations or surface irregularities may be visible and are a natural part of the manufacturing process.

  • Keep it looking it's best with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive cloth or brush. It is recommended to clean the product at least once per season. Avoid abrasive cloths, scouring pads or harsh chemicals, as these may damage the powder-coated surface.

  • Remove leaves, standing water and dirt promptly to reduce the risk of surface marking or discolouration.

  • During extended periods of non-use, store in a dry, sheltered location or use a breathable outdoor furniture cover.
