Care & Buying Guide

  • Finished using traditional wood oil finish followed by wax: This finish seals the pores of the timber, enhancing the natural structure of the wood and forming a water repellent protection against everyday wear and tear.

  • Daily maintainence: Wipe with a damp cloth When done correctly, this procedure should deal with any small hairline scratches, daily wear and tear and dust build up. 

  • Waxing: Depeninging on humidity and temperature within your home, your desk should be waxed every six months to a year. - A De La Espada care guide is supplied with this product.

  • Avoid intense heat, corrosives or spillages. Any spillages should be wiped clean immediately. 

  • Do not use spirits, bleaches or any other chemical cleaners to clean the timber.
