Care

Apply a small amount of Danish Oil, or similar alternative, annually to preserve the wood's smooth feel. Click here to see our Wood Care Guide.
Cleaning

Wipe in the direction of the grain with a soft, damp cloth. Dry immediately, as excess water or fluid can cause damage to the finish.

Acidic liquids such as vinegar, wine, fruit juices, coffee and tea can stain wood. Clean spills immediately with a soft, damp cloth and neutral soap.

Do not use scouring pads, acidic detergents, or abrasive cleaning products, which may permanently scratch, stain, or damage the surface.
Exposure

Prolonged exposure to sunlight will cause fading over time, and discolouration can occur when objects placed on the surface are left in the same place for long periods.
