Heal's customer So far I have received two lamps - the first the shade was damaged in transit - packaging very poor , the second - packaging much improved but the wiring to the head of the lamp was disconnected !! Awaiting a third delivery . !! The weight of the lamp is excellent as is the colour of the shade - we shall see if the light is of any quality once the third product has been received .
