  • Louis de Poortere rugs can be machine washed to remove the dirt and stubborn marks that regular vacuuming and spot cleaning can’t shift. Every Louis de Poortere can be washed on a gentle spin cycle at 30°C to restore its appearance and give years of use in the home.

  • Vacuum clean regularly, do not pull the loose ends, trim with scissors.

  • Remove spills immediately, blot any liquid with a clean, dry, undyed cloth or paper towel.

  • You'll be given a named day delivery then advised of the approximate time slot the day before.
  • Many items are delivered assembled so you only need to unpack them.

  • Deliveries are Mon-Fri but Saturday slots can often be arranged for most of the country.
