The story behind this product

A maker and manufacturer of furniture since 1810, Heal’s has over 200 years experience of nurturing design talent. Our Heal’s Discovers programme was launched in 2004 to take concept designs through to collectable pieces design lovers will cherish. The Indigo Mill began designing this collection of runners after delving into the archives of the Victorian wool mill the company are based in. The company then investigated the yarn stocks to start producing, and discovered large amounts of unused tufting yarns that would be ideal for weaving. Experiments with the Bristol Weaving Mill developed into these beautiful finished runners. Each with their own pattern, they are lovingly made and made from 100% recycled yarn.
