Care & Buying Guide

  • Microwave safe up to 1000W. Heat one box at a time for up to 2 minutes, before stirring to repeat if needed. Microwave with vacuum lock open.

  • Do not use in older 915 Mhz microwaves.

  • Major dents and deep scratches could make it unsuitable for the microwave, so watch out for these.

  • Do not place in microwave with any cutlery/foil, as this will cause sparking.

  • Avoid contact with any metal surface with micorwaving, including a metal palte, rack, or microwave wall, as this will cause sparking.

  • Avoid cooking food which heats to extreme teperatures like popcorn or sugar, these can cause burn marks on the container and lid.

  • We use DPD courier service for most of our orders.
  • Once they've picked up your order from us we'll send you a tracking link by email.
  • They offer a one-hour slot and the opportunity to switch it if not convenient.

  • Deliveries normally take 1-2 working days to reach you once they've left our warehouse.
