Care & Buying Guide

  • Arrives fully assembled. Finished with rubber feet to protect from scratching and excessive noise.

  • Keep it looking it's best with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive cloth or brush. It is recommended to clean the product at least once per season. Avoid abrasive cloths, scouring pads or harsh chemicals, as these may damage the powder-coated surface.

  • Remove leaves, standing water and dirt promptly to reduce the risk of surface marking or discolouration. In the event of damage to the powder-coating, touch up the surface with a matching car or metal paint to prevent peeling.

  • During extended periods of non-use, store in a dry, sheltered location or use a breathable outdoor furniture cover.

  • To ensure that your purchase arrives safely, fragile items or smaller furniture pieces are delivered via our own specialist one-man teams.
  • You'll be given a named day delivery then advised of the approximate time slot the day before.
  • Many items are delivered assembled so you only need to unpack them.

  • If they're made to order, we'll contact you as soon as our suppliers have delivered into us.
  • Deliveries are Mon-Fri but Saturday slots can often be arranged for most of the country.
