The story behind this product
Featuring a simple design produced from handspun metal, this dome pendant gently envelopes a frosted glass cover to produce a soft light. The thoughtfully designed fluted output directs light both up and down creating a gentle glow ideal for dining tables, or areas where softer lighting is desired and the shallow ceiling plate has been purposefully designed for homes with lower ceilings.
The dome's integrated LED light source uses the most up to date environmentally friendly technology to produce a light that lasts, as well as reducing household energy bills.

Meet the designer
Matthew Hilton
Designing for leading furniture makers such as Case, De La Espada and SCP, many of Hilton's designs are considered icons with pieces such as his Balzac Chair held in the permanent collection of the Victoria & Albert Museum.
Working in premium materials such as solid wood, cast iron, and brass, in 2007 Hilton launched his eponymous brand as a place where he could have complete creative control.
