Meet the designer
Charles Lethaby
Charles Lethaby has taken the world of lighting design by storm since launching his small business back in September 2014. Starting out with one-off bespoke commissions and partnerships with small interior designers, his first real breakthrough came just 12 months later when his Elara light was chosen to feature in prominent shop windows across the UK as part of a premium clothing brand’s Christmas display.
His collection of contemporary chandeliers, pendants and desk lamps are now stocked the world over. Using solid metals, including brass and aluminium, he creates highly contemporary shapes that are reminiscent of exploding stars and scattered rays of light.
