Michael Anastassiades’ sophisticated floor lamp heads outside in the form of the Captain Flint Outdoor Floor Lamp from Flos. The conical diffuser rotates 270°, meaning you can direct the glow wherever you like. Position it toward the wall for an atmospheric glow or downwards for more direct light. The metal stem and diffuser are contrasted by a precious Italian stone base that further harmonises the lamp with an outdoor aesthetic.

Born in Cyprus, Michael Anastassiades trained at the Royal College of Art before setting up his own London based studio in 1994.
