Care & Buying Guide
Clean with a soft dry cloth only.
Always switch off the electricity before cleaning.
Do not use polishing agents, water or abrasive materials when cleaning.
Ensure the dimmer or dimmer system is compatible with Electronics transformers and LED chip on board (COB).
Dimmer switches and systems must dim down to 0 watts, some of our single lights are only 4.8 watts, if the dimmer only dims down to 10 watts for example it will not dim or may flicker.
We understand that our products work with both leading and trailing edge dimmer switches and systems. However, we have been advised that they are better with trailing edge.
Please note dimmer switches and systems that are not compliant to the above points may damage the transformers in our products or not dim the products properly.
Heal's LED ranges are certified to last 30-50,000 hours and most parts can be replaced easily by an electrician, or recycled at the end of their lifespan.
